The one most consistent rule in playing golf is:

              Do not lift your head

When I play golf and try to concentrate on something else I inevitably lift my head. For golfer 2example when faced with a short pitch and run I have a few practice swings, decide where exactly I want the ball to bounce and then as my swing comes down I lift my head and the ball scoots off exactly where you do not want it to be.

Building and maintaining a website is somewhat similar.

As you get more involved with all the different nuances of keywords, social networking, affiliate links, internal links, reviews etc. etc., you forget the basics which you learned in certification course !.

So what’s the answer?

Well for a start keep going back to certification course 1 and quickly review it.

I have now started a spreadsheet for each website which contains all the relevant information pertaining to it. I have a sneaking suspicion that Kyle at Wealthy Affiliate suggested you do this!!magnifying-glass-97588__180

The most important aspect of this is the main headings and the subsequent list of sub headings.

Then each day start with the spreadsheet and see what gaps you can fill in on your website.

Just like not remembering to keep your head down in golf I also have difficulty remembering where I saw a particular aspect of a lesson. So now I bookmark the page which leaves me with a lot of bookmarked pages!!

Who ever said it was easy?success-479572__180
